This work reflects the spirit and character of the design studios at Harvard's Graduate school of Design through student design work and student and faculty texts, dialogues, and interviews. It includes work by students in each of the school's three departments - architecture, landscape architecture, and urban planning and design - from first-year students to thesis projects. This newest volume of "Studio Works" includes projects from the studios of Leslie gill, Herzog and de Meuron, Refael Moneo, Toshiko Mori, Linda Pollak, Martha Schwartz, Michael Van Valkenburgh, and Peter Zumthor. Presentations and discussions by Peter Eisenman, Andres Duany, and Rem Koolhaas are also included.
