GOOD has extensive experience in the strategic and operational use of technology./e Previously with Sprint, AT&T, and Business Systems Management, Dr. Good focused on the utilization of technology to gain a competitive advantage. He is currently Professor of Marketing at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
ROBERTA J. SCHULTZ is on the graduate faculty in Marketing for Western Michigan University at Grand Rapids. Previously with Southwestern Bell and American Bell in marketing to large business-to-business markets, Dr. Schultz worked closely with a variety of large technology users.
