Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Norman B. Bendroth is a professional transitional specialist trained by the Interim Ministry Network and serves on their faculty. He has served as a settled pastor in two United Church of Christ congregations and as an interim minister in ten others. He is the author of Transitional Ministry Today: Successful Strategies for Churches and Pastors and is a board certified coach and church consultant.

Beverly is one half of a ministry team, serving as a pastor, seminary teacher, author, and congregational consultant. She is the author of A Spiritual Companion to How to Get Along with Your Church, and currently serves as a Missional Transformation Coach for Coastal Carolina Presbytery and co-pastor at Red Springs Presbyterian Church, N.C.

George B. Thompson, Jr., is Associate Professor of Church Administration at the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta. He holds a Ph.D. from the Chicago Theological Seminary and the Claremont School of Theology. He is an ordained Presbyterian minister and the author of several books, including Alligators in the Swamp: Power, Leadership, and Ministry.
