About the Author:

Jane R. Flagello, EdD, is renowned for her application-oriented teaching style that effectively bridges the theory-to-practice gap. A fervent believer in the ability of people to create great places to work, she focuses on developing communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Flagello is a certified ontological coach, specializing in the human nature of organizations and communication. She is also a certified client facilitator for the Covey "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" program.

Sandra Bernard Dugas, PhD, is a nationally known coaching for executives, managers, and teams. Her coaching/facilitating business, Dynamic Adventures, helps managers to maximize workplace performance. She is a frequent speaker and presenter at workshops and conferences and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Southern Mississippi. She is the author of two previous books.
