Lee Gardenswartz and Anita Rowe have been partners in the management consulting firm of Gardenswartz And Rowe in Los Angeles, California, for more than 18 years. Each holds a doctorate of human behavior from the United States International University. Pioneers in diversity training and initiatives, Dr. Gardenswartz and Dr. Rowe have coauthored numerous articles and books, including The Diversity Toolkit and Diverse Teams at Work.
