Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
ALVIN ZANDER is a former program director in the Research Center for Group Dynamics at the University of Michigan. He is the author and coauthor of many books including Effective Social Action by Community Groups (1990) and Making Groups Effective (1982), both from Jossey-Bass.
