Sybil Kapoor is an award-winning cookery writer. Sybil writes regularly for the Observer Magazine, The Saturday Independent and House & Garden, and is contributing editor and the lead cookery writer for Waitrose Food Illustrated.

David Loftus travels the world producing fashion, lifestyle and food features for magazines such as Elle, and Marie Claire. He has been photographing Sybil's recipes for Waitrose Food Illustrated since its launch. David lives in a houseboat on the Thames in London.
