Project management and knowing about the organization philosophy is must for both the workers and the executives to steer their career optimally. The senior executives understand this all because they have seen the whole process of it, but many a times the workers and the junior managers don’t understand the reasoning behind how and why things are done in a certain way. It is my hope that if they understand it appropriately they could have a better and apt career, which they would be able to take complete control of. This is the intention of the book. There are many books already available on Project Management, but another major criterion for me to have this done is as few pages as possible and cover as many worthy areas as possible. Though this book is aimed at IT, it’s equally applicable to any other business stream.
