Operating a small business is hard when you’re the “little dog!” Sure, some of your competitors are other little guys. But some of these dogs are BIG. How do you compete when bigger firms are seemingly everywhere? If your competitors run endless ads, their prices are lower, and your profit margins are shrinking… What do you do? How do you take a bite out of the competition? Authors Jeb Breithaupt and Scott Wysong give you the answers in this book. In eleven chapters, they’ll teach you the marketing techniques you need to make chew toys out of the “big dogs” who undercut your prices and pick up the customers you want.
