Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Michael Clark has over two decades of experience in a variety of operations and supply chain management positions, working for companies such as Intel Corporation, Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, and Ernst & Young. He currently teaches operations and supply chain management courses at Brigham Young University–Idaho. Mr. Clark received his MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and is also certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) from APICS, The Association for Operations Management Professionals.
