Inhaltsangabe

To die a slow death or risk the uncharted region of their dead world and risk dying much faster. What a choice!

Stricken with grief and anger after the death of his beloved partner, Maria, all Colton wants is to live out the rest of his days alone. However, after learning that his home's fusion core is failing, he must lead a team in the Rock - where unknown creatures and danger lingers - to find materials that will allow his people to survive.

The mission is doomed to fail, but not going is not an option, as radiation will soon threaten their ability to live. There is no one better prepared for whatever lies ahead. Colton is a skilled hunter and soldier and is ready for whatever fate awaits him, whether salvation or death.
