The Congratulations Project book highlights the handwritten, original words of young adults with Down syndrome writing to new parents of babies with the same diagnosis. Every year, Campers who are part of PALS Programs, a non-profit that creates week-long experiences for young adults with Down syndrome and their peers, write hundreds of letters that are shipped to new families through The Congratulations Project. All proceeds are put towards the distribution of these books to hospitals, clinics, and doctors offices across the world in an effort to reach more families with a message of joy and hope.
