Dr. David b Mills is married for 25 years, to his childhood sweetheart Bernadette, the fathers of five incredible adult children. The senior Pastor of Through The Word Bible Fellowship Church in New Castle, Delaware. Dr Mills attended Christian Research and Development, under auspices of Dr Willie Richardson, where he became a certified Biblical counselor. There he also completed 'Pastoring with A Purpose". There he also completed course work at The Center for Urban Theological Studies (CUTS) through Geneva College. Dr Mills also received a Doctorate Degree from Minnesota Graduate School of Teology. Finally, he completed Kingdom University under the auspice of Dr. Cindy Trimm. He and his wife, Bernadette have ministered in the Bahamas, Jamaica, Nigeria Africa and supported ministry in London, England. As well as traveling the United States ministering on roles in Marriage, leadership, Motivational workshops for men and women. Dr Mills and his wife are produces of Tailormade Marriage retreats and seminars, and have been guest on Trinity Broadcast Network. (TBN).
