Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Lydia Easley is a professional opera singer. Her international career has taken her to perform at Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Teatro Verdi di Trieste, Oper Leipzig, Staatstheater Wiesbaden, Berliner Philharmonie and Teatro Colón de Buenos Aires, in addition to many others. Her roles span from Aida, Abigaille, Tosca and Turandot to Elsa, Sieglinde and the Feldmarschallin. Concurrently, Lydia has also cultivated her passion for teaching, having received a Bachelor of Music Education and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Illinois State University, as well as a Masters in Vocal Performance from the University of Arizona. From nursery to Kindergarten, throughout the elementary ages, and including private voice students, Ms. Easley is passionate about introducing children to the magical world of opera. She lives in Italy with her husband and two children.
