This book started as a poem and like many poems doesn’t have paragraphs, but stanzas. After the poem the prose is divided into parts and those parts could be considered stanzas that might stand by themselves. It covers about one very busy month in the life of a thirty-five year old man, who one day is gifted with extraordinary insight into the world of evil. His lonely life is forever changed by the way he deals with this gift.
