Award-winning coauthors Susan Boyan, LMFT, and Ann Marie Termini, LPC, have collaborated on several books focusing on families in transition and are the founders of the Cooperative Parenting Institute.

Susan and Ann Marie have been training parenting coordinators internationally for two decades, and together they created the first comprehensive parenting coordination model. They also train family law and mental health professionals. They have conducted seminars locally, nationally, and internationally on topics including high-conflict divorce, parental alienation, interviewing children, therapeutic and supervised visitation, and time-sharing plans.

Susan and Ann Marie are renowned for their years of experience and expertise in family and divorce issues, and their accolades include the Parent’s Guide to Children’s Media Outstanding Achievement Award and clinical membership in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
