Jennifer Woodruff Tait is the author of Christian History in Seven Sentences and The Poisoned Chalice: Eucharistic Grape Juice and Common-Sense Realism in Victorian Methodism, co-editor of the Cambridge Companion to American Protestantism, and senior editor at Christian History magazine.

Christopher J. Anderson is archives and special collections librarian at Allegheny College. He is the author of The Centenary Celebration of American Methodist Missions: The 1919 World's Fair of Evangelical Americanism and Voices from the Fair: Race, Gender, and the American Nation at a Methodist Missionary Exposition.
