Angela Edwards is an author, creative business coach, mentor, trainer, designer and the founder of the Jewellery & Crafts Academy. As a qualified and experienced business specialist practitioner qualified to Chartered FCIPD level, for over 30 years, Angela has worked with people from all backgrounds including start up business owners to large Private, Public, Charitable and Voluntary Sector Organisations, specialising in people management, training and development. In recent years, Angela has developed a career in the Craft Industry working with hobbyists and starter businesses, teaching business owners key skills to start, grow and develop their venture. Angela makes regular live TV appearances several times each month designing jewellery and imparting her years of experience in regards to crafting, jewellery making, business and personal development. In her leisure time, Angela enjoys crafting, and indulging her passion in a wide range of areas including dressmaking, soapmaking, cards and paper crafting, candle making, baking, jewellery making to name but a few. Noticing there was a mountain of resources available to teach people how to get involved and learn a variety of crafting techniques, Angela realised by comparison, there was very little accurate, quality and experiential resources available to help people learn the skills and gain the confidence to sell their products. Spotting a gap in the market, Angela decided to use her professional experience to fill this need.
