Judith Royster is a Professor of Law, Director of the Native American Law Certificate Program, and Co-Director of the Native American Law Center at the University of Tulsa College of Law. Michael Blumm is a Professor of Law at Lewis & Clark Law School. Elizabeth Kronk Warner is an Associate Professor of Law and the Director of the Tribal Law & Government Center at the University of Kansas School of Law.
