**Back to Font** takes you on a fascinating journey into the lives of 16 iconic typefaces, revealing the secrets behind their creation and the stories of their “parents.” From Times New Roman to Papyrus, each typeface is dissected with chatty and opinionated insights, answering questions you never thought to ask. What makes each typeface pretty, interesting, or downright questionable? How are they used (and sometimes abused) in the world around us? Most importantly, this book helps you decide which fonts to kiss, marry, or kill!

With a deep dive into classic typefaces like Futura, Baskerville, and Univers, **Back to Font** is a fun, engaging, and surprisingly controversial exploration of type. Whether you’re a font fanatic or a curious newbie, prepare to see your favorite fonts in a whole new light!
