Great part of the last Crops of grain in the Countries round us having been destroyed or consumed We have great reason to apprehend a Scarcity and as we have but little remaining of our Garrison Store We must earnestly press for as supplys of Rice as on can possible send Us; to encourage the present importation. We have t ought it proper to allow all grain pro visions of very kind to be brought in ree of duty untill the last day of August next.
