After one or two days in a rest camp at the port of disembarkation, the Battalion will be moved up towards the Front.

The first part of the journey is done by train. The transport, which has probably gone by another route, is then met, and the Battalion marches up by easy stages, billeting at perhaps three places and staying about three days in each.
