Mix cocoa, sugar, salt, and water. Place over low flame, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved and mixture boils. Boil 3 minutes, add vanilla. Pour into jar and seal. When cold, store in refrigerator, to be used in milk drinks Whenever desired. Makes one pint.
