Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Kate Smith is a mum of two who has had to scrape through during tough times and feed her family on a budget. Kate grew up with cooking featuring strongly in her life, helping in the kitchen cooking for the family from an early age, studying cooking, and working in the food industry before moving into the field of health, nursing, health promotion and domestic violence responses.
