A graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary, Gisriel is fascinated by the moment-to-moment composition of Life, a concept inherent in every baseball game. “Each moment gives direction and meaning to the next,” says Gisriel. This is a theme of his latest effort, Time Is A Pool, a collection of 10 flash fiction stories. Gisriel is the author of Boots Poffenberger: Hurler, Hero, Hell-Raiser, as well as Safe at Home: A Season in the Valley among other baseball books and essays.
