Sarat Kumar Jena (b.1975, India) has the followings poetry collections; Chaitra: The Summer Poems (2014), Of Love: Memories and Myth (2015), Night is a Black Magic (2015), A Season of Divine Love (2016) and Devi and Other Poems (2016). He is currently editing a volume of love poetry; Hundred Love Poems around the World (2016) contributed by more than sixty five poets from different parts of the globe. His blank verse is a true collage of culture, memory, myth, history, landscape, rites and rituals, tales, nation, philosophy of evolution and human emotions at large those accept change, loss, and trauma of time. He has participated in poetry festivals in India and abroad and has conducted poetry reading on radio and stage. He has published poetry and short stories in various journals, e-zines, dailies and periodicals.
