DISAPPEARANCE: A Collection of Short Stories - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

What do 4 missing senior adults, a accountant for the mob, an award winning actress, a man who claims to walk with God, and a home run hitter who is headed to his second all star MLB game have in common? They disappear! Each has a different reason or way of disappearing: Residents of Serenity House disappear and the police are called in and their findings take a mysterious turn; An accountant for the mob in Atlanta assumes another identity and is surprised he is identified by an attorney in the Bahamas; A man who is known to walk with God vanishes; An award winning actress takes a sabbatical and finds romance; An All Star baseball star vanishes in the middle of the season and just before the big game. The results of the disappearances will surprise the reader as much as the reasons they vanish and make the mind search the probabilities.
