Fibromyalgia is a largely unknown area with regards to causes, and have a myriad of symptoms that may or may not be present. Some of these are dependent on the severity of the specific case, while some tend to be present in all cases. Regardless of whether or not they are in all cases or in only some, overall management of fibromyalgia symptoms is still in its infancy with regards to potential relief that can be obtained using medical and/or homeopathic means. This thesis is a review of symptoms of fibromyalgia, current medical and homeopathic means to manage these symptoms, as well as a review of potential additional means that have potential to provide relief. This will combine singular options as well as combinations that should and should not be used to obtain multi-symptom relief. While there is some focus on the more common symptoms, my online presence on Fibromyalgia groups has provided insight into the need for symptomatic relief of some of the rarer issues that can arise, as well as the common recommendations for those symptoms.
