Putin's Little Green Men - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

Putin's Little Green Men is a historical fiction book set in Ukraine and Russia. It is about the first 17 years of Putin's reign, in which he maintained, as his major goal, reimposing Russia's control over Ukraine. Like many historical fiction books today, Putin's Little Green Men mixes real and fictional people and is based on published accounts of what Putin and his western opponents have done. President Trump and his team change their goals frequently and become increasingly opposed to Russian influence as the story progresses. Putin starts by wanting to be on good terms with the United States and regain the status as a world power. He becomes increasingly against the United States and meddles in the 2016 elections to discredit American democracy, but also to get Trump elected. Trump's ignorance of foreign policy makes him a dangerous leader at a time when the USA faces threats from North Korea and Russia. Will Trump's team learn how to deal with Putin before the team gets into a serious conflict with other nuclear powers?
