This book grew out of the idea of transforming the assignments of my students into a collection of short stories when I taught creative writing at Lovely Professional University. This collection of short stories titled “Thinking Out of the Box” aims at presenting the remarkable piece of works of the young authors in all its variety and vividness to the ardent lovers of short stories. Stories collected in this selection put forth an exemplum for the cultural values, meaningfulness and the ethical fragrance of the time. The students through their works of art have displayed the models of artistic exuberance and the free play of imagination. These stories definitely throw light on some aspect of life which will enrich our experience and amuse the experienced and enlightened readers simultaneously.
