And to so many others who have been left unnamed. We are also grateful to the United States of America and United Kingdom of England for their great help from Educational Associations of Literature Studies, which provided a literature, without that nothing was possible. I am also thankful to community of colleagues whose help and advice improved the quality of our thinking and portrayal of this book. What I have described in this book are as follows: 01. English –Hindi Glossary (500) This book seeks to serve as a reliable guide and companion to all students and educated people of this world, and all those who are involved directly or indirectly with the Education of different groups. Although efforts are required for a drastic change in the Business and Commerce studies in India or in abroad, yet it will still take quite some time to get those proposals translated into reality. In this context I would like to enunciate that the Capitalism or hoarding of resources at the center point it will not do the society`s problems to be resolved in the near future. Resources are meant for all not for counted people in the segment of studies or with some Temple Estates, so called Gurus and so many types of property hoarders which are becoming gorgeously richer and richer and our poverty stricken people are in dearth of even two loaves of bread a day. At one place, abundance of lavishness and aristocracy is prevailed and at another, there is nothing to be pulled on their life. This ingratitude must be worn out from the society of India. Now days, few people are busy with the hoarding of the cash and kind from all means. They don`t have any thinking behind it that how the rest of the population will survive even with appropriate needs of the survival. That is why the need to know the rudimentary rules and rubrics of law for all, as these is necessary. Much has been changing in general laws but nothing we find in shape of progress and prosperity. The basic tenet and underpinning philosophy of general laws is to protect the interests of the people by saving them from exploitation and harassment on one hand and providing enough leverage and stick of good governance to the Government so as to have conducive art of living culture on the other hand. The cordial and congenial relationship can be had only when both the limbs of society have better understanding in the light of the limits of their rights, responsibilities and duties.
