Both Edmondsons graduated, first from JFK High School in Willingboro, NJ, and then continued their undergraduate studies at Trenton State College, graduating in 1991. John received a B.A. in Political Science, while Isha received a B.S. in Business Administration. Married in 1992 they completed Pastoral studies, with biblical certifications from the Christian Research and Development Institute in Philadelphia, PA and the National Association of Christian Counselors in Lafayette, IN. John began serving as a Youth Pastor in 1993, and then was ordained as an Assistant Pastor in 1995. Isha began pastoring with her husband in 1999. The couple started the Victory in Christ Christian Center in November of 2000.
