Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Chris Lehto graduated with a Material Science degree from the Air Force Academy and has been an F-16 pilot since 2003. He has been stationed in South Korea, Italy, Alaska, Turkey, and the contiguous U.S. His background allows him to provide a unique viewpoint to the fitness and nutrition worlds.
