Though C# is used as the programming language but if the reader is familiar with any other popular language like C++, Java etc., he/she can also learn the concepts very easily. (So, the focus is purely on the design and not on the other constructs like naming conventions etc.)Lastly, learning is a continuous process and you can continue if you can understand the concepts easily.
