Brandon Schultz found a dog roaming the hills of the Amalfi Coast twelve years ago and brought him back to the US. Brandon has since authored The Taco Revolution and Cooking for Two: Your Cat & You. He lives in Brooklyn, New York, with two four-legged food experts. He can be followed on Instagram @thebrandonalexandr. Chase Schultz-Osenlund puts his love of food above all else. He was born near Capri and has since lived in Rome, Philadelphia, and Brooklyn, where he currently tolerates an aggressively playful sister, who happens to be a cat.
