Aileen McColgan KC is a barrister at 11KBW, UK, specialising in public and employment law with special interests in discrimination and equality, education and human rights. She was Professor of Human Rights Law at King's College London, UK, until 2019 and Professor of Law and Social Justice at the University of Leeds, UK, until 2021.
