In 1969, Reg Kray, with his brother Ron, was imprisoned for the East End gangland murders with which his name has become synonymous.

For decades, Reg and Ron Kray were London's most feared gangsters. They were sentenced to life in prison in 1969. Ronnie Kray died in 1995 in Broadmoor Hospital. Reg died in 2000.
