Dr. Christopher Gilbert has been an ethics coach and personal and organizational growth consultant for over two decades. He has mastered the unique and highly individualized processes of moral development, trust-building, and mutual accountability that are the hallmarks of his keynote presentations and trainings worldwide. He is also a university professor with over 25 years of teaching experience in colleges on four continents and has pioneered nationally recognized professional development and ethics centers. Chris holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management specializing in Leadership Ethics, as well as an MBA and a BS in Geology. As a motivational speaker and author, Chris is known for his informative humor, authenticity, and personalized inspiration. Through his firm, NobleEdge Consulting (www.NobleEdgeconsulting.com), he accompanies industry professionals, community organizations, and government agencies in business conduct, strategic planning and team building processes in the United States, Canada, the EU, Africa, Russia, and China. When he's not consulting, teaching, or traveling for work, Chris spends his time as a volunteer for organizations fighting homelessness and hunger, and has served as a County Ethics Commissioner.
