Christmas Eve is just a few days away, and Santa discovers that his reindeer, and all the reindeer on earth, have come down with the flu. So he sends his arctic tern to Alaska to find a team of eight to pull his great sleigh. It's a race against the clock to find them and return before SUNSET on Christmas Eve, for they must be in harness at that magic moment to receive the gift of flight.

G. C. Young lived in Alaska for many years. He taught elementary school there and has written seven children's books with Alaskan themes. This is his first coloring book, which he wrote and illustrated.
