Publishing finally became a reality for Sue Lewis after years of private writing and news paper items. It began with writing short stories for those she was tutoring in reading. Short stories and poems about themselves, to peak their reading interest. She published a children's book 'Cheri and the Mater Seeds' about the day in the life of a six year old and her family. Most people will relate to Cheri, her family and pet cat, Toy. It tells what she learns as she sees, hears, and smells...like kerosene rubbed on to keep chiggers off while picking blackberries. For children 8 and over to read and for younger children to be read to as they listen to a story of a child their age. After that, all those ideas for MURDERS and the mysteries involved in committing them and getting away with it came to mind. Now that her SWEET MURDER! Killer Recipes Included is published, Sue is working on her next book of short stories.
