'Why are you not sharing this with others ' Up to that time, FaceBook was just a way to stay in touch with friends and family. Now it is an outlet for ministering to others. The next day, I began a daily devotional called, 'Coffee Time with Jesus.' The subject matter began to develop in the direction of the importance of learning to understand and discipline our emotions. After discussing this with my daughter, who is a Clinical Social Worker and was a Christian Psychotherapist, she informed me that God had also given her revelations in dreams, specifically in the area of dealing with human emotions. He had revealed to her the effects of negative emotions on the human body, when they are not appropriately processed. Linda has joined me in writing this book. We feel that the book is divinely inspired by the Lord, to help honest seekers find and develop a relationship with Him. Our desire is to help others to find God and to grow in their spiritual walk. Understanding our emotions, gives us insight into how we can discipline ourselves to be in compliance with God's word. Untamed emotions can be identified and regulated, as we begin to demonstrate more of the 'fruit' of the Holy Spirit, spoken of in First Corinthians Chapter 13, the Love Chapter.
