Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Janice B Gordon, also known as “The Problem Solver”, helps businesses move forward and grow. She views the world of business in a unique way, instantly seeing paths through current circumstances and helping business owners gain new perspectives and chart their course to increased success. Janice holds a BA (Hons) in Design and Business Studies and a post graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), as well as an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management. She is a visiting Fellow with Cranfield’s Centre for Strategic Marketing and Sales, delivering Key Account Management and customised client programmes and assisting companies develop leading edge capabilities in managing their customer relationships. Janice has contracted for global organisations Cambridge University Press, BP, AOL, HSBC, has worked as head of operations for a construction business and a membership charity, and as an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) with an accountancy practice advising micro to medium businesses. She set up a design business with sales channels in Europe and the USA. Janice then branched out on her own to create an award-winning 5000 square foot restaurant and style bar, and over four years grew it to employ twenty staff; moving on from this, and utilising all the skills she has gained over her years in all aspects of business, she is now an award winning director of the consultancy, The Problem Solver, providing micro to medium businesses with bespoke growth strategies, customer relationships processes and transformational mentoring programmes.
