Fran Scoville earned a BS and MS in home economics from Winthrop University. As a Realtor for almost twenty years, she was a certified residential specialist, a senior real estate specialist, and an accredited staging professional. She currently teaches classes at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Clemson University and Furman University.
Scoville lives with her husband in Greenville, South Carolina.
Holley Ulbrich is a retired professor of economics. She has authored fifteen books, including one on personal finance. Ulbrich currently teaches classes for adults on topics such as ethics, religion, economics, and government.
