I hold a BSc.(Hons) Psychology degree. I am originally from South Africa and grew up during the very turbulent Apartheid Regime. In 1999, I went to live in London for two years solely for the purposes of travelling in and around Europe. When I realized that I hadn't quite achieved that, I decided to stay on for a few more years embarking on my studies whilst living in the UK. Those "few additional years" amount to a total time spent in the UK of circa 14 years. What can I say? London is by far one of the most beautiful cities in the world! Since getting married in 2013, I now live and work in Munich, Germany. I enjoy coaching, reading, writing, the gym and travelling. This is my first book; I am currently working on others.
