She lives in De Pere, Wisconsin. Illustrator, Virginia Rost, is an artist, former nurse and business woman. She is the mother of 3 and grandmother of 3. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Sarasota, Florida with her husband Richard. Her art is joyful and whimsical.
