World-renowned mentalist Ehud Segev The Mentalizer (Mental Analyzer), was born in 1979 in the Israeli city of Safed. He combines his acting skills with his special, strong connection to people in order to provide entertainment, as well as deeper understanding of human psychology and behavior. “When I was twelve, I took the entire shelf of books that dealt with mysticism and spiritualism from the library, and my mother had to sign a permission form since I was too young for this topic,” Ehud recalls. “The librarian thought I lost my mind, but my mother was ever so supportive. I’ll never forget that.” His reputation for having a connection to the universe, combined with his ability to read minds, analyze behavior, and influence people, had set the stage for his worldwide success. At 16, Ehud was featured on the news for his special ability, one that some people consider magic, while others believe it is spiritual. This prediction was made in a newspaper article titled “The Prophecy”, which was published 11 days before the elections. With only a photo as reference, Ehud used his mentalism abilities to analyze each candidate and foresee the winners. “When I turned out to be right, people started calling me the Mental Analyzer, and soon nicknamed me The Mentalizer,” he says. A couple of years later, Ehud became one of the small number of entertainers who signed an exclusive contract with the US Army to entertain troops in bases around the world. For this he received a coin of excellence - a special award for extraordinary contribution - which was the basis for accepting the EB-1 classification from the US Department of Homeland Security and becoming a permanent resident in America. Now performing in shows around the world, including being featured on shows such as NBC’s series “Phenomenon,” as well as on numerous Israeli television networks, Ehud’s reputation remains positive.
