In 1940, myself and my home village we went through the transition from the regime of King Carol II, to the regime of Admiral Miklós Horthy of Hungary. As decided at Yalta, in 1945, Romania marched through the second transition, that is from the capitalism to the 'socialism'. After Ceausescu and of his wife were shot in 1989, we went back, from the 'socialism' to capitalism. This is the first volume.

About the Author:
Daniil Dragos Engineer in oil rigs manufacturing in Ploiesti. Worked for Control Data Corporation - USA, in Research and Development and later as Market Development Manager for East Europe (computer sales and the first postwar American manufacturing joint venture in Eastern Europe). In Research and Development in Automation and computers in Bucharest. Counselor and Deputy Director in the Ministry of Foreign Trade - Bucharest (negotiations of Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant, cars manufacturing with Renault and Citroen - France etc.). Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Graduate School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
