Charlene West is an ordained minister who worked alongside her husband, Rev. Russel B. West, until the time of his death. They have four children: Paul, Kathy, Joseph, and Philip. She has served as pastor, evangelist, teacher and church planter in the U.S. and Latin America. She is the founding pastor of Centro de Celebración in Oklahoma City. She served as the Director of Hispanic Ministries for her denomination for seven years, and later for her Conference. She studied theology at Southwestern Christian University and the University of the Bible. She earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
