Man on the Run: Jonah - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

"Man on the Run" lures you with high seas adventure, hooks you with sharp twists and turns, then reels you in with the power of the gospel. This fish story takes you beyond the size of the fish, to the contours of God’s love for sinners.

Like a sandbox filled with buried toys, Jonah is loaded with the hidden treasures of the gospel. As parent and child dig in, again and again, to the story of Jonah, they’ll begin to discover the gospel themes of sin, repentance, faith, atonement, resurrection, mercy and grace. "Man on the Run" is an invitation to dig in and find Jesus Christ.

"Man on the Run" targets an age-group that’s learning to read (ages 7-9), but still loves to be read to (ages 5-7); is ready for more complex ideas and plots, but still delights in pictures; is ready to be introduced to the great doctrines of the Christian faith, but is greatly helped by stories. "Man on the Run" will engage the young imagination and stretch the curious reader’s faith to embrace a God who’s big enough to save.
