It is with sorrow that I begin to write this book that will hopefully save the All-American Western Culture that created this great Nation and this All-American, God Fearing, Old Glory waving Ethnic Minority, Male that's writing this book. As a self described "All-American male, I want to add that this book is not being written to champion the millions of law breaking invaders or squatters that currently live and continue to enter America's sovereign soil illegally at an alarming rate, with the blessings of America's elected politicians, US Judicial System, and the Mexican Government. However I am writing this book to defend America's Constitution for her Compatriots, legal citizens, and US Officials who continue to demand and fight for the enforcement of America's Immigration Laws (These laws are not broken or out of date, as we're lead to believe.), criminal laws, and Constitutional laws: "known as the law of the Land."

To the brave Americans and Patriotic souls who continue to defend America and her European Christian Culture, I offer this scholarly research and legitimate weapon of righteousness and US Laws, so they can use them to go "toe-to-toe" with any "Open Border" proponent including President Obama, Mexico's special interest lobbyists, any Pro-Amnesty US Politician, any American Farm Corporation Giant, any American or foreign Corporation Lobbyist who buys votes from Congress, and finally the ACLU or American Civil Liberties Union. We should add here that we've read the ACLU is allegedly said to be the enemy of America's Constitution, and sadly for the ACLU, this minority American male feels this description just might be appropriate, even though racism has been used on him, so he should be on their side. The reason this author feels this way is because his country, flag, and Western Christian culture come first, before his heritage (right or wrong) because he lives in America, and he loves his country.

Up till now, Anti-Open Border proponents have been fighting a losing battle against pro open-border politicians, including the president, which was recently accentuated by what was very likely an illegal use of presidential executive power (something Obama seems to enjoy doing) by President Obama, when he illegally (we prove this later) gave millions of illegal men and women under the age of 30, amnesty. Since we know the Constitution says that only Congress has the power to create immigration laws, we want to add that when President Obama used his executive power to grant these people amnesty, he broke both Constitutional and US Immigration laws, and we'll soon prove this, later in this chapter.

Before we move on, we want to point out that President Obama appears to be very adept at breaking Constitutional law, because we're told he allegedly was found guilty of over reaching his powers on January 25, 2012, when the US Court of Appeals ruled President Obama, "breached his constitutional authority in making recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board on January 4, 2012" ("Court says recess appointments to NLRB are unconstitutional." On Campus 32.4 March-April 2013: 11.). Reading that our president is breaking laws and aiding Mexico's Invaders sums up why America's citizens, who want the borders closed and all Invaders sent back, keep losing the fight to stop the erosion of their Constitutional rights and privileges, and the destruction of their Western Christian culture. We should add that instead of passing these kinds of destructive, illegal laws, President Obama should be passing a law like the one that protects Democracies like Japan, where all foreign workers, like our author who worked overseas, have to carry a card, that foreign workers have to have in their possession at "all" times when and if they are asked for it by a the police, a clerk at hotel, a rental agency, and immigration when they leave Japan. It is the law, and not profiling, because they are just making sure these foreigners are legally in Japan. No, the author does not feel this is a racist law, because he knows he is a guest in these people's country.

We should note that nothing has been said about US Farm Corporations signing any kind of immigration sponsorship law that would make them financially responsible for any, and all, Mexican invading workers they hire, who are being allowed to enter the US to work on their farms. If the US Government did the right thing, these large farming giants would have to responsible for all of the illegal workers they hire till the workers leave the US, and return to Mexico, or their home nation. This action would make sure Mexico's workers would never become a burden on America's taxpayers. When your author worked and lived in Japan and China, his Japanese and/or Chinese employers had to pay for his work permit, pay a sponsors fee, and pay for his support during the time his permit was active. When the job ended/or contract, the author had to leave the country, get deported, or go to jail. We believe this kind of law should apply to all US businesses that hire both illegal and legal foreign workers in the US, because they are the ones benefiting from these invading/colonizing scab workers, or legally carded scab workers (that are called "Gaijin" in Japan). To make it fair and completely right, for America's citizens, the moment one of these farm corporations hires one of these trespassers and colonizers, we believe these companies should forced to become their sponsors and have to pay a fee and their medical insurance and keep them employed, until either a year or six months passes, and they tell America's Immigration Department they are not going to need them, so they want them sent home because they will not be renewing their work permit. This kind of law would prevent these invading colonizers from staying in America.

To prove these illegal invaders/scabs aren't just walking across the border without any prodding from US businesses, US farm Bureaus, and their white collar large farming coop advisory committees, we'd like to point out that in a recent Tulare County Farm Bureau Newspaper, we discovered two articles that urged their members to call or write the members of Congress and demand America's government to allow even more invaders from Mexico, and to change current immigration policies, or as Patricia Stever Blattler, executive director of the Tulare County Farm Bureau in Central California (TCFB), said, "I hope you (farmers/members of TCFB) take advantage of these weeks (weeks when their local reps come home to visit their constituents) to visit with some of our elected officials ... We know our leaders understand the...
